- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 7-10+ years of proven success in field-based sales with a hunter mentality, preferably managing national or strategic accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- 5+ years experience in workers’ compensation, hearing healthcare, managed care, or related industries strongly preferred.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively.

Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including but not limited to experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as bonus, commissions, or discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
